We used FluoEVs from HansaBioMed Life Sciences Ltd and simultaneously measured EV size (by light scattering) and multiple channels of sensitive fluorescence detection of EV cargo, including tetraspanins (eGFP-CD63 and PE-CD81).

Particles were independently sized on a ZetaView NTA instrument indicating a mean EV size of ~90 nm.
